Totally unhappy, I called to check on something, they said they have it. I drive 20 minutes to the store in about to pay and someone shows up saying the items are damaged due to the rain. When I mentioned I had called, a woman said the other employees didn't know.
Shouldn't they ALL be aware of the available merchandise there? I think so!!! Poor customer service in my opinion.

A bit pricey i must say its local , convenient, they got polite super nice customer service peeps, a great vaiety of animal foods, accessories, fish (wink wink )-antibiotics, pesticides,barking collars,invisible fences for keeping animals home in the yard,have-a-heart small animal cages,do it yerself cat and dog vaccinations a small room full of caged animals but no phishys or lizards or snakes, but parking lot is usually full from baseline burgers dine in customers so best time for parking is after 12pm

They have all kinds of pets and animal foods. I came to buy some food for my chicken for the first time here. I used to buy it from Tractor Supply. The staff were so friendly and helpful; the price was reasonable. I rate it 5 stars and will definitely come back as well as recommend it to my friends.

Horrible customer service. Young kid that works there argued with me, cursed at me and called me difficult because I was having a hard time towing my trailer the route he needed for the hay. All he kept saying with the professional truck drivers can do it so I should be able to also. I am a nurse, not a truck driver or professional trailer tower. I’ve been going there for many years to buy feed for my animals rescue and I send all my customers there. But not anymore. I will find a new place.
