We really like Tracy. She does an excellent job with our standard poodle, Athena. Tracy is patient and kind. Athena is excited when Tracy shows up and readily jumps in the van. Athena had a poor experience with a previous groomer. Tracy has taken the time to work with Athena and build a relationship with her so her grooming experience is positive. We are very happy to have found Tracy.

Just called to inquire, person was rude and the only thing I asked was "is this the animal express mobile groomer".No name was announced when she answered the phone, just "hello" then I asked my question the woman said "I AM NOT TAKING ANY NEW CLIENTS". I calmly said "You are very rude though" and hung up.
I work with dogs and would not want an attitude like that caring for any of the hundreds of dogs I help rescue each year.

Angel sent from heaven!!!! My two shepherd mix girls 11 yrs old so scared and haven’t been groomed for several years. She was amazing with them!!!! Worked her magic and my ladies are too beautiful!!!! So extremely happy! Thank you so much. Will recommend Tracey always!!! Awesome with my dogs, thank you again.
