I normally don’t leave reviews but this interaction really caught me off guard with the unprofessional behavior. I am getting married in September so I needed my 2 female Dobermans boarded for a week and I had contacted this company in May to talk about pricing, their rates at the time were $500 a dog for 2 weeks, so I had asked if they would do $500 for 2 dogs for 1 week as I did not need to weeks. They agreed and said sounds good. I was super happy to have that weight off my shoulders and said thank you and that I would reach out a later date with exact dates I would be dropping the dogs off and picking them up. Fast forward to end of July, I reached out to give specific dates and find out if I needed to pay ahead of time or not, they said our rates have changed and it would now be over double the price. I asked about the previous rate we agreed on and they said “it’s my business and I have the right to change my rates” even after agreeing on a price? Nevertheless I was considering still using them and just do the boarding as I couldn’t afford the new inflated price, but as I went to reply to inquire about boarding pricing they had said they were now booked up for the next 6 months and BLOCKED me. Highly unprofessional when you question them.
