My daughter purchased her ball python here a few weeks ago. He's a handsome boy!!!!! I personally think the store stinks but I can't stand the smell of reptiles so I'm kinda bias on that one.
The staff is wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. Although stinky, the store is clean and well organized. 👌 I'm assuming prices are good, haven't been to another reptile store in a few years so I guess I don't really know. But either way I'd recommend this store if even only for the staff!!!!!!

This location has everything I want, the people are amazing. Quality stock, in my experience. staff is knowledgeable and they have a good time.

I purchased two Chinese Cave Geckos at the recent reptile show and walked away feeling completely taken advantage of. I asked many questions before making the purchase, but it became clear after the fact that many of the answers I was given were incorrect—likely just to close the sale.

These folks are highly suspicious, and their behavior raises serious concerns. If you’re going to them for knowledge or advice, be very careful—they seem more interested in making a quick profit than giving honest guidance.

I’ve now spent almost $1,000 trying to keep these geckos healthy and happy, and the experience has been nothing but stressful. These sellers don’t care about building relationships with their customers. They’ll gladly take 500 one-time buyers over fostering trust and loyalty with even a single repeat customer.

Avoid these people. Their practices are deceitful, and they come across as untrustworthy and unqualified. I regret trusting them with such an important decision.

Great customer service. Employees knew what they were talking about and were educated. Ended up buying a curly hair tarantula and naming him Niklaus. Definitely would recommend it

Clean, well stocked, supportive and knowledgeable staff who gave good advice. Had everything we were looking for at good prices. Animals look well taken care of and healthy. Will be going back for sure!

Couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at the 5280 Reptile Room. I bought a normal boa that was 100% Het for Albino. This is my first boa and the gentleman who helped me was super cool. I’ll be back here for my next snake guaranteed.

Stone Helped me get my two Female Crested Geckos and my other two reptiles and was awesome and I will always come back to you guys for anything!!!!!! Stone is awesome as well and was very knowledgeable about everything!
