Im conflicted about this review. I have been going here since they opened and at first everything was great. The staff and vet were amazing. I can no longer say the same. The vet is still great, but some of the supporting staff are extremely rude. They really need to rethink who answers phones and represents their business. Also make sure you confirm your booking. I waited 2 months for a appointment just for them to say it was never booked.

I've used a number of vet's in the past. I absolutely love Dr Russell. She has a great bed side manner. She does follow ups. She doesn't make you feel like she's in a rush . Very clean office. Extremely reasonable prices.

4 Paws Pet Clinic is like none other...Dr. Diane Fedrow and her Team are phenomenal. They have taken care of everyone one of my pets. 4 cats NOW and a dog. In fact was there today and again tomorrow taking care of my rescues. Genuine love for all animals. 100% trust leaving any of my babies in her care. Thank you DOC for everything. The vet tech I had was lovely. However, the front desk employees were very rude. Very much gave high school bully vibes with the way they were making fun of and gossiping about another employee.

I took my 3 cats and my puppy for their shots. I highly recommend 4 paws. They are great with animals and the prices are reasonable.

They performed dental surgery on our 7 yr. old dog. They did a great job with her. Prices are comparable to other vets. Clinic is clean and staff is wonderful with the fur babies.
