Person behind the counter was rude. Denied my Uhaul reservation. He claimed Uhaul had an issue with me so he couldn’t rent me the truck. So I went to a different uhaul location and got the truck no problem.

I was not told about $100 deposit. The person there barely spoke to me to let me know what was going on. I get home and my card is charged the regular prices and the $100 deposit when it could've been by passed if I used a different type of payment . Please be more mindful on letting your customers know what they're being charged for and actually speak to them about what you're putting in the system.

I bought Silkies last night and the girl was telling me they were sick bc her died and mine died overnight. Called in the morning to talk to the owner and kept getting the run around that he wasn't in and would be coming in later. Left my number was never called back. Called for the man to tell me there's no garentee on the birds even though his sales person said the silkies were sick and dying.
Horrible customer service. If I wanted dead chicks I would have shopped at Tractor Supply.
